Randy Miller has been an award-winning teacher and principal in both Texas and Indiana. His work has been primarily in grades K through eight. He has achieved national recognition having earned National Blue Ribbon school status as well as Title One School of the Year in another elementary school. His focus is on improving test scores and elevating student achievement across the curriculum. He’s very innovative at creating additional learning time and incentives that improve the learning culture in the classroom and throughout the building, and has had documented success as a turnaround school principal in six different school districts. His creative approach to coaching and evaluating teachers and staff is also an area of strength that leads to overall school improvement.
