Kathee has 33+ years of experience in education as a mathematics teacher, building administrator, curriculum director and superintendent in public and private schools in five school districts in Illinois and Pennsylvania.

During her tenure as a superintendent, some of the completed initiatives included:

  • Upgrade of professional development activities with a focus on technology, data driven decision making, curriculum revision, and instructional improvement

  • Implementation of 1:1 computing program K‐12

Kathee and her husband, Jim, moved back to South Bend about one year ago.  They have been married for 47 years and have three sons and five grandchildren.
